Biography
Federico is a managing director of Gensler Mexico, a senior design and business leader shaping the firm's growth and impact in Mexico and across Latin America. His leadership brings together strategic vision, market insight, and a commitment to developing people and organizations, with a focus on creating long-term value through design.
Federico leads the strategic direction, culture, and growth of one of Latin America's most dynamic markets. With the leadership team, he focuses on strengthening client relationships, developing talent, and expanding the firm's impact across Mexico and the region. He also leads multidisciplinary teams on complex projects, including mixed-use developments, master planning, sports and entertainment, critical facilities, and hospitality, aligning client vision, design strategy, and business goals to create environments that shape cities and communities. He is passionate about building teams, mentoring leaders, and advancing responsive, sustainable design.
Design creates value when it responds to the client’s needs while also considering the people and communities who experience it, enriching the experience it creates.
