Biography
As Managing Director of Gensler's Raleigh-Durham office, Chad has more than 20 years of experience in interiors and base building projects. A registered architect, he has led a variety of award-winning projects across hospitality, corporate headquarters, life sciences, and mixed-use developments.
Having co-founded a local design firm before joining Gensler, Chad draws on his experience as a business owner to understand the challenges clients face and to advise them on their design vision, as well as the operational and budget implications of design decisions. This dual perspective, as both designer and business leader, lets him guide clients through complex decisions with clarity, balancing ambitious design with practical realities and helping teams deliver projects that meet both creative and commercial goals.
