Solution

Gensler translated YOFC's vision for innovation into a headquarters designed to connect people, accelerate knowledge exchange, and support long-term growth.

To support innovation across the organization, Gensler organized the headquarters around a connected spatial framework that encourages interaction, visibility, and the exchange of ideas. Five wings converge around a central atrium, creating opportunities for collaboration across teams while strengthening connections between people and expertise. Complementing this strategy, a responsive façade inspired by traditional Chinese window lattices combines cultural identity with advanced technology, enhancing environmental performance, comfort, and resilience while expressing YOFC's vision for the future.
