Tatiana is Regional Operating Officer and Principal at Gensler, based in the firm's Costa Rica office, where she leads the financial and operational structure supporting Gensler's growth and performance across Latin America.
With more than 25 years of professional experience and over a decade at Gensler, Tatiana has been instrumental in growing the firm's footprint across Latin America, now spanning five countries, with a vision to expand further. She works closely with Gensler's leadership teams to define the financial strategies behind that expansion, aligning financial direction with the firm's broader priorities and positioning the region as a driver of Gensler's global presence. Her focus is on backing that trajectory with a financial structure that is efficient and agile, giving leadership the clarity and confidence to pursue its vision.
