Biography

Stephanie is a Technical Director and Principal who leads complex projects for major technology and financial services clients.

Stephanie brings technical rigor to building planning, documentation, construction administration, and design delivery across the Northeast region. A trusted adviser to clients, developers, designers, consultants, and contractors, Stephanie translates business requirements and design concepts into thoughtful, buildable environments. Her expertise spans consultant coordination, occupancy and code strategies, project scheduling, requisition and change order review, field issue resolution, and project closeout. She is frequently engaged in evaluating buildings and repositioning opportunities, helping teams improve efficiency from the inside out. As Northeast Regional Design Synergy Leader, she advances consistency, precision, collaboration, and technical excellence across project delivery.
