Sarah is the Human Resources Director and a Principal in Gensler’s New York office, partnering with office and regional leadership across the full range of human resources functions. Sarah’s expertise includes performance management, organizational development, employee relations, leadership development, talent acquisition, staffing, immigration, and compensation. Previously, Sarah served as Regional HR Manager for Gensler’s Northeast and Latin America regions, where she supported regional growth and the opening of new offices. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Virginia and has earned the SHRM Senior Certified Professional designation.
