Biography
Rob is a Principal, Technical Director, and global leader of Gensler's Critical Facilities practice, advancing sustainable, performance-driven data center design across North America.
With two decades of experience across a diverse range of projects, including mission-critical facilities, commercial offices, healthcare, retail, residential, and higher education, Rob leads complex projects from planning through delivery. He combines technical rigor with a focus on technology integration, quality, and environmental performance. Rob has built enduring relationships with major clients including Aligned Data Centers and Microsoft, and he spearheaded the sustainable design of Microsoft's hybrid mass timber hyperscale data centers. He advocates for critical infrastructure that responds to operational demands while contributing positively to the communities around it.
